Possible Se geometry in PbBi2(Te,Se)4: (a) disordered Se occupancy; (b) outer Se ordering; and (c) inner Se ordering. Se atoms are emphasized as a green sphere. Se atoms occupy the outer Te/Se(1) sites or inner Te/Se(2) ones.
