Stereochemical analysis of 8-HETE, 8-HEPE and 10-HDHA produced by PK-LOX1 or Alox8. Extracted ion chromatograms of the product ion generated from the precursor ion for 8-HETE, 8-HEPE and 10-HDHA. The product ions for 8-HETE, 8-HEPE and 10-HDHA had an m/z value of 155.071, 155.071 and 153.092, respectively. The corresponding precursor ions for 8-HETE, 8-HEPE and 10-HDHA had an m/z values of 319.2, 317.2 and 343.2, respectively.
