Representative Fourier maps taken with anterior segment optical coherence tomography in (a) control without corneal disease and (b) subject with bullous keratopathy (BK). The original color-coded map is separated into spherical component, regular astigmatism, asymmetry component and higher-order irregularity. Fourier indices from the central 3 mm and 6 mm zones are shown for the anterior, posterior, and anterior + posterior cornea. Central corneal thickness is 530 µm for the control and 724 µm for BK.
