Final mRNA-miRNA-lncRNA network. The first layer (purple nodes) consists of 7 shared mRNAs between DM and AD that were extracted from curated Disgenet database. The second layer (blue nodes) consists of 7 high degree miRNAs obtained from mRNA-miRNA bipartite network and the last layer (yellow nodes) consists of 11 high degree lncRNAs achieved from miRNA-lncRNA bipartite network.
