Examples of records of transmembrane current fluctuations induced by Hsp70 in lipid bilayers composed of POPC (a), POPS (b), DOPS (c), and DPhPS (d) and bathed in 0.1 M KCl pH 7.4. Protein concentration was 5.0 µg/mL (a), 2.0 µg/mL (b), 4.5 µg/mL (c), and 2.0 µg/mL (d). The transmembrane voltage was equal to 100 mV. One experiment out of 3 replicates with essentially the same results is shown.
