(a) The simulated hemisphere is constructed by reflecting the data from the right hemisphere, premised on the assumption of bilateral symmetry. (b and c) The high level of correlation significance noted in the superior temporal gyrus (STG, c) was similarly observed in the vertex-wise cluster analysis (p < 0.05). (d) A statistically significant correlation (r = 0.51, p < 0.05) was observed between the volumetric changes from pre- to post-operative stages and the post-CI WRS across the entire STG region.
