Evaluation of the functional roles of bLF C-lobe: (a) inhibition of hemozoin formation, (b) heme binding, and (c) degradation of hemozoin of bLF C-lobe. For (a), samples were tested at 0.5, 5, and 50 µM concentrations. All tests were conducted in triplicate. In (b, c), samples were standardized to a 50 µM concentration.
