LAD1 was localized in a linear pattern in the periphery of HSC-2, HSC-3, and HSC-4 cells, and such peripheral linear signals were most enhanced when they formed round clusters in HSC-2 and HSC-3 cells (a). The three SCC cell lines showed similar gene (b) and protein (c) expression levels for LAD1.
