Transformed RNA-seq data were analyzed using iDEP. Principal component analysis using t-SNE revealed clear differences between control and LAD1-knockdown samples (a). Differential expression gene analysis revealed 1059 upregulated and 694 downregulated genes (b). Further biclustering analysis using the BCCC method revealed five clusters, and the selected cluster No. 1 enriched several biological processes including “cell motility” and “cell localization” (c).
