RNA-seq analysis of the effects of STXBP5 knockdown or overexpression on HA-progerin-expressing HEK293 cells. The upregulated (A) or downregulated (B) DEGs in HA-progerin-expressing HEK293 cells overexpressing STXBP5 (relative to those overexpressing the empty vector) were identified through KEGG analysis. The upregulated (C) or downregulated (D) DEGs in the gSTXBP5 (STXBP5 guide3) group compared with the gAAVS1 group of HA-progerin-expressing HEK293 cells were identified through GO term and KEGG pathway enrichment analysis.
