I experienced that I was located at a distance behind the visual image of myself, almost as if I was looking at someone else.

I felt as if my head and eyes were located at the same place as the cameras, and my body just below the cameras.

Tactile: I experienced that the hand I was seeing approaching the cameras was directly touching my chest (with the rod).

Audio: The sound was coming from the bell in the video, and I felt as if I was hearing the sound with my own ears.

I felt that I had two bodies.

I experienced that my (felt) body was located at two locations at the same time.
