(B) Cell motility of the ΔcdsR (mutant strain) and CcdsR (complementary strain) were compared with that of the HD73 (wild-type strain). The cell motility of B. thuringiensis strains was observed in LB solid medium containing 0.5% agar. (C) Comparison of plaque diameters of the ΔcdsR, CcdsR, and HD73.
