Inhibition of CYFIP2 downregulates autophagy in ESCC cells. (A,B) The accumulation of LC3 on autophagosomes was observed in cells transfected with GFP-LC3 under fluorescence microscopy (scale bar: 20 μm). (C,D) Cells transfected with mRGFP-GFP-LC3 were detected under fluorescence microscopy to dynamically analyze the fusion of autophagosomes and lysosomes (scale bar: 20 μm). (E) Electron microscopy was used to compare and analyze autophagosome formation in cells. Scale bar (up): 5 μm; Scale bar (down): 2 μm.
