  1. Model descriptions: Model 1 is the unadjusted model. Model 2 adjusts for sex, age, and BMI. Model 3 includes the variables from Model 2, with the addition of heart rate, SBP, DBP, current smoking status, diabetes status, stroke history, LVEF, and SYNTAX score. Model 4 builds on Model 3 by further adjusting for rSS, number of stents, antiplatelet therapy, beta-blockers, ACEI/ARB/ARNI, hemoglobin, platelet count, eGFR, HbA1c, and LDL-C.
