Chicken gene regulatory network (bipartite network of transcription factor (TF) regulators & gene regulons) obtained after running VIPER algorithm on ARACNe network and selecting 20 Master Regulators (3,648 nodes & 6,461 edges). The 20 Master Regulators are presented as red ellipses (10 up-regulated TFs) & as blue ellipses (10 down-regulated TFs).
