The images of pSREBP1 and mSREBP1 were obtained from the same blot with different exposure times. After detecting SREBP1, the membrane was stripped of the SREBP1 antibody and reprobed with GAPDH antibody to obtain the GAPDH bands. Results are expressed as mean ± SD (n = 4). Statistical significance between the two groups was evaluated using Student’s t-test. The data were found to be significantly different comparison to the control: ** p < 0.01.
