All groups (a–h) exhibited nearly identical morphological characteristics, displaying a pavement-like monolayer adherent growth pattern with tightly connected intercellular junctions, absence of membrane rupture or organelle fragmentation, and cytoskeletal polarity consistent with the polar arrangement of normal renal tubular epithelial cells.
