Impact of ALT001 on the cytotoxic effects of paclitaxel in lung and breast cancer cells. (A–B) Clonogenic survival of A549 lung cancer cells (A) and MCF7 breast cancer cells (B) was assessed following treatment with paclitaxel (20 µM) alone or in combination with ALT001 (15 µM). Colonies were stained with methylene blue after 10–12 days and counted. Statistical significance was evaluated using one-way ANOVA followed by Šidák’s multiple-comparison test. NS, not significant.
