The signaling of TGF β−2/SMAD2/3 in NK-92 cells by flow cytometry analysis. NK-92 cells were pretreated with anti-TGF-β2 and simvastatin for 30 min and further treated with recombinant TGF-β2 for 1 h. Untreated NK-92 cells were taken as control (n = 3 for each group). (A) The percentage of intracellular TGF-β2, SMAD2/3, and pSMAD2/3 was shown by flow cytometry.
