(A) Changes in IOS scores between group singing and yoga groups. As shown, there was a significant increase in IOS scores in the group singing condition. This increase was not shown in the yoga group, suggesting that this increase in IOS scores may be unique to group singing. Lastly, this figure also depicts significantly lower levels of IOS in the yoga group compared to the group singing prior to group activities (pre).
