Knockdown of GPI reversed the effects on cellular behaviors induced by LDHA overexpression. (A) FLSs were transfected with shGPI and shNC, and the levels of GPI were detected using qPCR to confirm successful transfection. (B-I) FLSs were transfected with LDHA overexpression plasmids and shGPI, followed by β-Sitosterol treatment. (B) Cell viability was evaluated using CCK-8.
