Expression of H19 during postnatal skeletal development. (A) H19 exhibited expression within the spongiosa of developing endochondral bones and cortical bone. The expression of H19 gene (red) in the forelimb metaphyseal to diaphyseal region was detected by fluorescence in situ hybridization at postnatal day 0. H19 detected in hypertrophic chondrocytes that do not express COL1α1 (green) (shown by red arrow). (B) H19 expression localization in cells, H19 (red) expression is mainly located in the cytoplasm.
