This figure shows the changes in blood urea nitrogen (BUN, mmol/L), serum creatinine (SCr, µmol/L), and 24-h urine protein (mg) levels before (1 h before treatment) and after 7 days of treatment in both the study and control groups. The levels of BUN, SCr, and 24-hour urine protein were significantly reduced in both groups after treatment compared to baseline (#P < 0.05). However, the study group exhibited significantly lower levels of BUN, SCr, and 24-h urine protein than the control group after 7 days of treatment (*P < 0.05). Data are presented as mean values. #P < 0.05 compared to the same group before treatment; *P < 0.05 for the comparison between the study group and the control group after 7 days of treatment.
