Table 1 Comparison between the original diameters of the artificially created defects and their corresponding estimated values obtained through the proposed detection framework is presented. The results demonstrate that the framework can estimate defect dimensions with acceptable accuracy, supporting its applicability for quantitative damage assessment in aluminum plates.
