(a) Elisa assay was performed to measure the amount of TNF-α, IL-1β, IL-6, IL-17 A, IL-22 and IL-23 release and PCR was performed to measure the mRNA levels of IVL and FLG. (b) Western blot analysis was used to determine the protein levels of p65, p-p65, ERK and p-ERK. Images were cropped, and full-length blots were presented in Supplementary Fig. 7b.
