Confocal images of COCs and oocytes co-incubated with PKH26 labeled EVs for 9 and 21 h during IVM (A) Negative control COCs showed no fluorescence signal in either the CCs or the oocyte. (B) After 9 h of co-incubation, labeled EVs were detected in the transzonal projections and the perivitelline space. Labeled EVs were also present in the CCs (data not shown).
