  1. Model 1 was uncorrected. Model 2 was corrected for the degree of stenosis. Model 3 was corrected for sex and age. Model 4 was corrected for sex, age, smoking, hypertension, diabetes, coronary heart disease, history of stroke, hyperhomocysteinemia and hyperlipidemia. Model 5 was additionally corrected for the degree of stenosis and lesion length.
