Cell viability assay. The mitochondria-TDC and untargeted-DC were evaluated on cancer cells Hepa1-6 and normal cells mouse fibroblasts at different curcumin concentrations from 5 to 45 µM. The cells viabilities were measured by the MTT assay. The rate of increased MTT assay by TDC is higher than other treatments, especially in the HCC tumorized mice (P value < 0.0001). The results are presented as the means ± standard deviations of at least three independent repeats.
