Inhibition of CCND3 in fulvestrant-resistant cells increases apoptosis and G1 phase of the cell cycle. CCND3 was downregulated using two siRNAs (siCCND3#1 and #2), and then apoptosis and G1 phase were examined under fulvestrant treatment in T47D/fulR and MCF-7/fulR cells. Apoptosis (a) and G1 phase (b) were measured by flow cytometry and representative images are shown. Rates of apoptosis and G1 phase are represented as bar graphs.
