The results demonstrate exclusive amplification in C. beticola samples (lanes 2–7) with no cross-reactivity observed in other Cercospora species or fungal genera, confirming the high specificity of the designed primers. Negative control (lane 20) showed no amplification, validating the assay’s reliability.
