KRAS K117I, K117N, and A146T increase the proliferation rate of NIH3T3 and HCT116 cells in 2D cultures. All nuclei were counterstained with Hoechst 33,342 (DAPI) after the Click reaction to detect EdU-labelled nuclei. Scale bar: 100 μm.
