1. Initialization | |
Input the quantity and installation locations of RESs and the total ESD construction cost; | |
Determine the configuration of the ESDs according to the total construction cost; | |
Extract n installation locations from m potential buses; | |
2. Iteration | |
Calculate the MinECSCR of RES buses for various installation cases when each ESD is connected at maximum power by using (13); | |
3. Comparison | |
Determine the maximum value of MinECSCR by using (16)–(19) to determine whether the maximum value of MinECSCR is equal. | |
If so, proceed to step (4); Otherwise, proceed to step (5); | |
4. Determine the maximum value of MaxECSCR by using (18); | |
5. The installation locations are the optimal locations of ESDs,record the installation buses of each ESD; | |
6. Install the RESs and ESDs at the corresponding buses; | |
7. Calculate the ECSCR in real-time by using (13); | |
8. Judgement | |
If ECSCR is less than 3, select the weight coefficient ; | |
If not, select the weight coefficient ; | |
