(B) The sagittal slice of the CBCT image of the mandibular condyle in the glenoid fossa. From the superior fossa (SF), lines were drawn tangent to the most prominent anterior and posterior surfaces of the condyle. The distances from these tangent points to the glenoid fossa were measured and recorded as the anterior joint space (AS) and posterior joint space (PS), respectively.
