Overexpression of GALNT2 promoted cell proliferation and migration capacity. Edu assays. Western blotting was performed to assess the transfection efficiency of GALNT2 in A375 and A2058 cells (A,B). Edu assays (C,D) and colony formation assays (E,F) were performed to assess the effect of GALNT2 overexpression on A375 and A2058 proliferation.
