(b) CPDT refers to the time required for a cell population to double in number, serving as a measure of growth rate. Relative levels were calculated as the relative change from the control group. The experiment was performed with six replicates, and the mean value was used for group comparisons. Statistical analyses were performed using either the Mann–Whitney non-parametric test or repeated-measures ANOVA.
