Analysis of the levels of proteins after irradiation of 15 J/cm2 PBM. Protein expression was measured with ELISA at 48 h after irradiation. Relative levels were expressed as changes compared with the control group. Cells were obtained from a single donor, and six independent replicates were performed. The mean value of each irradiated group was compared with the control group and all other groups irradiated at the same wavelength. Groups were compared using either Friedman’s non-parametric test or repeated-measures ANOVA. ns, not significant; *p < 0.05; **p < 0.01; ***p < 0.001, ****p < 0.0001.
