Correlation analysis between PET imaging signals and DAI in DSS-induced models. (a, b) [89Zr]Zr-IL-23p19 uptake in the intestine showed a strong positive correlation with DAI scores on day 10 (R2 = 0.7302) and day 14 (R2 = 0.9122) post-DSS treatment. (c, d) [18F]FSPG uptake demonstrated no significant correlation with DAI scores on day 10 (R2 = 0.0106) or day 14 (R2 = 0.4595), indicating limited ability to reflect disease severity.
