  1. Both exercise (β = 0.40, p < 0.01) and self-efficacy (β = 0.25, p < 0.05) significantly predicted inhibitory control. The significant interaction term (β = 0.35, p < 0.01) indicates that self-efficacy moderated the effect of exercise on inhibitory control.
