Evaluation of cVAE using test data. The 3000 structure-property pairs in the test data were fed to the trained cVAE to evaluate the reconstruction ability and the performance of the model. The first, second and third rows correspond to the structures with lowest, average and the highest root mean squared error (RMSE), respectively. The rightmost plot displays the probability distribution of RMSE values accross the entire sample set.
