n – number of athletes (2021; n = 11); Pw_max – maximum power output of lower limbs; H_max – maximal jump height; D_BML – depth of lowering of the body’s center of mass during jump; D_SPJ – Depth of lowering of the body’s center of mass after landing in spike jump; CMJ – countermovement jump; ACMJ – akimbo countermovement jump; SPJ – spike jump; ICC – Intraclass Correlation Coefficient, interpreted as < 0.50 poor, 0.50–0.75 moderate, 0.75–0.90 good, > 0.90 excellent reliability; r – Pearson’s correlation coefficient, indicating strength of association between test and retest; SEM – Standard Error of Measurement, smaller values indicate higher precision; MDC95 – Minimal Detectable Change at 95% confidence, a change greater than this value is considered statistically significant.
