From: S100 calcium-binding protein A8 exacerbates deep vein thrombosis in vascular endothelial cells
Protein levels of NF-kb(p65), NLRP3, Caspase-1, GSDMD-N and IL-1beta in human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVECs) after intervention: (a) Notable differences were observed in the expression of NF-kb (P65), NLRP3, caspase-1, GSDMD-N, and IL-1β across the 2 µg/mL, 5 µg/mL, and 10 µg/mL groups compared with the control group. (b) Apart from the NF-kb (P65) expression, which revealed no significant variance between the S100A8 + MCC950 and 10 µg/mL group, other proteins exhibited notable differences in expression across the groups.
