Pre-operative and post-operative magnetic resonance imaging results. (A) Preoperative MRI revealed coracohumeral distance constriction of approximately 5.56 mm. (B) Patients who did not undergo coracoplasty exhibited no substantial alteration in CHD 24 months post-surgery. (C) Preoperative MRI demonstrated coracohumeral distance constriction of approximately 5.49 mm. (D) Patients who underwent coracoplasty experienced a notable increase in CHD 24 months after the operation.
