Effect of 3CLpro inhibitors on the replication of SARS-CoV-2 replicon in (A) Calu-3 (B) Caco-2 cell line. Luciferase readings were normalized to the control group (DMSO) and set as 100. Cells that were not transfected with the SARS-CoV-2 replicon was named as Untreated group. Statistical significance was calculated for each condition compared to the control group using one-way ANOVA (non-parametric) test. Data represent mean and the standard error of the mean ± SEM, n = 4–5 (*p < 0.05; **p < 0.01; ***p < 0.0005; ****p < 0.0001.
