  1. Values are reported as odds ratio (OR) and confidence interval.
  2. P value was obtained by logistic regression analysis and P value less than 0.05 is considered significant.
  3. Breakfast composition was obtained using the NRF profile at breakfast. Overall diet quality was calculated using the NRF index for the entire day.
  4. Model 1 shows the crude model of the results. In model 2, P value is adjusted by the variables of age, sex, education level, occupation, smoking, marital status, physical activity, MEQ score, sleep quality, supplement intake and energy intake.
