The expression level of imprinting genes in the studied groups. The expression level of Dnmt1, Dnmt3a, Dnmt3b, and Igf2 increased in the vitrification groups. The expression levels of H19 and Snrpn remained unchanged among the groups. Meg3 exhibited a decline in both sham and vitrification groups in comparison to the control group (p < 0.05).
