Phylogenetic analyses based on the amino acid sequences of the ORF1 (A) and ORF2 (B) of Japanese raccoon dog DiciVs and DiciV strains obtained from the GenBank/EMBL/DDBJ databases. The phylogenetic trees were constructed using the maximum-likelihood method in MEGA7 with best fit models (LG + G + I). Bootstrap values above 70 (1,000 replicates) are indicated. Bars represent corrected genetic distances. DiciVs from Japanese raccoon dog and DiciVs detected from vertebrates are indicated in red and green, respectively.
