Analysis of the relative expression levels of Type II TA System genes in S. Typhimurium ATCC 14028 in different stress conditions. For each group of genes, three bars are presented: the first bar indicates gene expression levels in stress condition, the second represents expression in stress condition exposed to Nafcillin (8 µg/mL), and the third shows expression in stress condition treated with Diosmin (256 µg /mL). Relative expression normalization was conducted using the reference gene invA and error bars reflect the standard deviations derived from three biological replicates (P < 0.0001, determined by one-way ANOVA).
