The research process: Step 1, 101 PLA2R-associated MN patients were recruited, and clinical and laboratory data were collected. Step 2, blood samples were obtained at baseline, 6 months (M6), and 12 months (M12), and patients were categorized into four risk groups. Step 3, a random forest model was employed, with permutation variable importance assessed using the Out-of-Bag (OOB) score.
