Genetic structure of juniper in Slovakia as inferred by galled network and STRUCTURE analysis. The galled network shows a generalization of Neighbor-Joining gene trees estimated for eight ancestry informative iPBS markers (Dj > 0.3) using Cavalli-Sforza and Edwards’s chord distances. The STRUCTURE plot shows individual admixture proportions for the uppermost structure detected by the ΔK approach. For samples information, see Table 1.
