The green line represents neutral ΦPT, the red line represents PST as a function of the between-subpopulation/within-subpopulation heritability ratio (c/h2), and the brown lines depict 95% confidence intervals. The blue dots show the values corresponding to the assumed c/h2 estimated by ridge regression-Best Linear Unbiased Prediction (rrBLUP), thus the approximations of QST.
